Hi dreamers!!
For today's blog I would like to talk a little about how my experience has been during this quarantine❀
Within this situation, I think it's important to highlight how this situation has marked the habits that we all have. In this case, bringing positive consequences, such as the new hygienic customs that we must all adopt for our own good and that of others, which, from my perspective, offers us an opportunity to improve our habits in society.
In my case, the funny (and ironic) thing about this situation is that when the news came out, I was joking with my friends about the situation, and how impossible it was for that distant and dangerous virus to reach us, and that it was impossible for this disease to become a global problem. I still remember when the disease started to spread. The first thing I felt was fear and concern about the future due to my medical condition and that of my grandmother, because we both suffer from chronic diseases. In addition, I feared for the health of my little brothers and my parents, who, at that time, were forced to go out to work every day.
In the case of my family, it has been very difficult to explain to my little brothers that they can no longer see their friends, go out to play in the park or go to school ... Studying at home has become a problem for my two little brothers and me, since they, being smaller than me, need more attention and help for their studies, and they aren't used to creating a quiet environment for me to study due to their young age.
But my parents have managed to cope. My parents, to face this situation, took up old traditions such as playing cards, play table games and encouraging my brothers to read; traditions that for various reasons we had left behind.
Despite the situation that is happening around the world, I'm optimistic, because I believe that despite all the bad things that have happened, we can move forward and learn from everything that the pandemic has left.
That's it for now, thanks for reading.
And... good night, dreamers
I think it must be very complicated to try to study with younger siblings, I encourage you in everything and I hope you can feel at ease with your family. <3
